Paramount Pictures have released the first extended look at Knuckles, the streaming Sonic the Hedgehog spin-off coming to Paramount + in April this year.

The character voiced by Idris Elba in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, gets his own spin-off series and sees the echidna learning to adjust to being Earth’s protector. The echidna partners up with Wade (Adam Pally) to fight another friend of Robotnik who wants to steal his powers.

The six episode series is headed straight for Paramount Plus and will bridge the gap between the second and third movie, slated for release in December this year.
