The 2016 Oscars have been and gone. Batman, Captain America and the X-Men are already poking their head around the corner, eagerly awaiting blockbuster season to begin. Chris Rock was expectedly scathing of #oscarssowhite and there was little controversy during the ceremony. Best Director and Best Actor went to The Revenant, Best Actress to The Room, leaving the big upset for Best Picture and Best Original Song (Lady Gaga’s anthem losing to Sam Smith’s Bond theme??).
